During more than fifteen years of operation, Perton Ehitus has set the goal of creating a homey and comfortable living environment. We started by restoring historic buildings, adding to them the values appreciated in a modern home and new energy-efficient technical solutions.
In the case of new developments, we have set ourselves the goal of building homes with a modern architectural language, trying to create a bridge between environmentally restored buildings and new houses.

We have received several awards, such as a letter of thanks from the Tallinn Cultural Heritage Board for the renovation of the Wismar 47 street-side apartment building in 2012, recognition of Tallinn Urban Planning Department “Best renovated houses in the cultural and environmental area 2015″ for the restoration of houses at Luise 27/1 and 27/2” and “Best renovated houses in the environmental area 2016” for renovating the house at Kunderi 25, as well as the title “Stone roof of the year 2015” for the renovation of the house at Tina 26.

In the last six years, Creditinfo Eesti AS has recognized Perton Ehitus OÜ as a “Successful Estonian Company.” Äripäev AS awarded Perton Ehitus OÜ the recognition “Estonian Gaselle Company 2015”. Perton Ehitus OÜ is a member of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and belongs to the Association of Estonian Real Estate Companies.

We pay attention to the area, the values, and the opportunities that the new home offers its residents. We also honor the preservation of the environment and adding value to it – we have built and reconstructed homes in Kassisaba, Kalamaja, Kadriorg, and other valued residential areas, for example.

People create a sense of home, but it is professionals who build homes. By now, we have built or restored more than 45 residential buildings, mainly in Tallinn, and created many new homes in the process.
